Keyvera includes account-based access. Users may be required to sign in to access platform functionality. Authentication and account management may be supported through trusted third-party providers that help securely manage login credentials, sessions, and related access controls.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Photos and Document Uploads

Keyvera may request access to photos, media, or documents only when users choose to upload property images, inspection-related information, verification materials, or supporting documentation. Keyvera does not access user photos or files without user permission.

Location Information

Keyvera does not collect continuous real-time GPS location information. Users may voluntarily provide property addresses, inspection locations, or related location information necessary for marketplace and inspection activities.

Payments

Keyvera may support inspection-related payment workflows. Where payment functionality is available, payment processing may be handled by trusted third-party payment providers. Keyvera does not directly store complete credit card, debit card, or bank account information.

Children's Privacy

Keyvera is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Permissions

Depending on how users interact with the platform, Keyvera may request limited permissions including camera access for optional property or inspection photos and photo or media access for optional image uploads.

Keyvera does not require:

• Continuous background location tracking

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information submitted to Keyvera, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.

Users may also request account deletion through the account management features available within the platform or through the account deletion process published by Keyvera.
